For agencies and consultants

WE DO THE LEGWORK; YOU TAKE THE CREDIT

White label

Increase client retention and reduce churn with white label competitive intelligence

— a competitor brief for every client, every morning. Your branding, our market research.

Each morning, every client gets a short email from your firm: what their competitors changed and what to do about it. It keeps your firm in front of every client, and lets you speak to markets you have never worked in.

Run it on a client →

How it works

  1. Add a client. We find their competitors; you confirm the list.
  2. We do the competitor analysis. Prices, promotions, services, reviews, hiring and news.
  3. Each morning, a brief under your logo. A new client’s briefs come to you first.

See it on one of your clients first — free, about 2 minutes, no signup. Enter the client’s name and town. Email it to yourself after — your clients’ own briefs go out under your brand.

Free, no card. Not a one-time look: 4 weekly briefings on this client — today’s data, the competitors from your demo named — for up to 3 clients. A plan adds up to 20 competitors, the local heatmap and your own brand. Leave it blank for just the preview.

What your client receives

From a sample brief for Heartland Pipe & Drain, a plumber in Omaha (illustrative business):

  1. Reviews · their competitor Missouri River Trenchless

Three 1-star reviews this week mention “no-show” appointments

  2. Website · their competitor Old Market Pipes & Plumbing

Launched online booking with same-day available slots visible

  3. Local news · Omaha

Omaha city council approves new low-flow toilet rebate program

Your logo Your colors Your reply-to

Nothing on the brief says MyIntelBrief. Your client sees your firm doing the watching.

Each brief also carries review standings, regulatory news, a weekly SEO audit and local map-pack ranking.

Once a week, clients with Google reviews also get “What customers are saying”: what their reviewers praise, what competitors’ reviewers complain about, and the Gripe Gap™ where those line up. In your clients’ briefs it’s simply “Gripe Gap,” under your brand.

The same white label sample as the list: “Your Agency” and the purple become your name and colors. Illustrative business.

Try it on your most technical client

The one that makes pacemaker parts, or holds defense contracts. You are never going to become an expert in their field, and you don’t have to.

Research your team does by hand starts from a marketer’s view of the industry. The brief reads your client’s market the way someone inside that industry does — clearances, launches and contract wins as the trade press reports them — so you walk into the meeting speaking their market instead of summarizing it.

  1. Regulatory · direct rival

    A rival’s next-generation implant cleared FDA review

  2. Launch · same market

A competing system moved from limited release to full commercial launch

  3. Contracts · same market

A competitor announced a new government contract in your client’s category

Every line is cited to where it came from, so you can show your client the source instead of asking them to take your word for it. Run it on your most technical client →

Month eleven, on the renewal call

"Remind me what we're actually paying you for?"

Your client has seen your name on their competitors' moves every morning since month one. The renewal answers itself.

Different from what you might expect

A few things work differently from what most agencies assume.

  • You can see it under your own logo before you pay. Run the demo on a client, then tap “Preview with your logo”: the same brief with your firm’s name, colors and logo, marked PREVIEW. Nothing is saved or sent.
  • Nothing reaches a client until you say so. Every new client starts with each brief coming to you first. Read them for as long as you like; when you are happy with what you see, switch that client to send directly. You decide when we are ready for your clients.
  • Every signal shows where it came from. Each line is cited to the public page it was read from: the pricing page, the review, the job post, the filing. You can check any of it yourself.
  • It reaches your client as your firm's work. Your logo, your colors, your reply-to. Nothing on the brief says MyIntelBrief, and we never disclose that you are a customer.
  • Your clients stay your clients. We never market to them or tell them we're involved. The one exception: if your account ever goes unpaid for 60 days, we make sure a client who relies on the brief isn't simply cut off. That's the only time they would hear from us.
  • Quiet markets get a short brief. When nothing moved, the brief says so in a line. Set a slower client to weekly, or to the weekdays you choose.
  • It works beside the tools you already use. Rank trackers show where your client stands. This shows what their competitors changed: prices, services, reviews, hiring, new locations.
  • It keeps watching after you look away. Every competitor of every client is checked on that client's schedule, and every brief is kept, so by the renewal call there is a record of the work.
  • Setup is one form per client. Name the business and confirm its competitors. Three clients or thirty, it is the same morning for you.
  • It hands you the next piece of client work. The weekly Gripe Gap shows where a client’s reviewers praise something their competitors’ reviewers complain about, counted and quoted. That is a ready starting point for a Google profile update or a homepage line. Reviews are what people volunteered, not a survey, so the brief also suggests a few questions to ask customers first. It needs Google reviews, so it fits local clients, not national or B2B ones.
  • You can judge it on a client you already have. Run a free brief on a real client before choosing a plan. Plans include 20 full prospect briefs a month for winning new ones.
  • You set the price, and you can change course. You bill your clients directly at your own rate. Add or remove clients any time, and cancel renewal anytime.

Let’s talk about your margins.

What you keep on every white label client

Set what you bill and how many clients. Your plan fee is already subtracted; client businesses are priced separately.

Your MyIntelBrief plan fee——
You keep, before per-client costs——

Per-year figures are 12× the monthly ones, at the monthly plan rate.

Figured at the founder rate ($209.99/mo). When the founder slots are gone the platform fee returns to $419.98, and this figure drops by the difference.

Plans

The plan fee buys your workspace and the white label program. Each client business is priced separately — the more you have, the larger the discount.

No sales calls, ever. You sign up online with your card, on your own time — nobody calls to size up your agency or decide what you can pay.

Includes 20 full prospect briefs every month. Run one before the pitch and walk in already knowing their market.

Free to start: 4 weekly briefs on up to 3 of your clients

Just your email — no card, no plan. Today’s data, the client’s competitors named. The free briefs carry the MyIntelBrief name; a plan puts your brand on every brief, adds more competitors per client and the local heatmap. Run it on a client →
