Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but we do not charge you until day 8.
You can cancel anytime during the trial from your account page in two clicks. If you cancel before day 8, no charge ever happens.
Important: Cancelling during the trial ends service immediately — no further briefings, no further scans. You aren't entitled to the remaining trial days after cancellation. Your data stays on file in read-only form. The 7-day trial is a one-time benefit for first-time customers. See Terms §7 for the full policy.
Once your trial ends and the first monthly charge is processed, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current billing month.
We made this policy choice so we can keep monthly prices low. If you want flexibility on refunds, choose the annual plan below.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund on written request. Refund equals the unused portion of your annual term, calculated to the day, minus any discounts that were contingent on the annual commitment (such as INTEL50 stacking on annual).
To request a pro-rated annual refund, email info@myintelbrief.com with your account email and the date you want service to end. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at info@myintelbrief.com. We respond within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us means your bank decides instead of us — and we will provide them with the signup record, your acceptance of these terms, and proof of service delivery, which typically results in the chargeback being reversed in our favor. Save everyone time by reaching out first; we want you happy and will work with you on edge cases.
