About MyIntelBrief

Enterprise-grade competitor intel,
built for the businesses Crayon ignores

MyIntelBrief is the AI-powered competitor monitoring platform for the 99% of businesses that don't have a $5,000/mo strategy budget — small-business owners, independent consultants, and the agencies who serve them.

OriginWhy we built this

Enterprise competitor intelligence platforms (Crayon, Klue, Kompyte) are quote-only — you book a sales call to learn the price. Buyer-reported ranges put entry pricing around $25,000/yr, and every one of them assumes you have someone on staff whose job is competitive intelligence.

They are priced and built for organisations with the headcount to support that role: a marketing department, a sales-enablement function, an analyst who logs in and interprets a dashboard for everyone else. They are not built for a one-location dentist, a small chain of Indian restaurants, or a two-van plumbing company — not because those businesses matter less, but because there is nobody there whose job is to read a dashboard.

Meanwhile, the corner restaurant, the local law firm, the solo plumbing contractor — the businesses where a single competitor move actually changes the quarter — have no tool. They rely on customers casually mentioning what they saw down the street, or a Google Alert that catches 5% of what matters.

"The med spa down the street just hired a new injector. Did you find out yesterday or next month?"

The same question applies to your local restaurant, your law firm, your dental practice. MyIntelBrief was built to make sure the answer is "yesterday" — without you having to hire a CI analyst, install yet another dashboard, or remember to check anything.

How it worksDaily AI briefs, not dashboards

Every business day, our AI watches your competitors and notes new information when it appears. We keep an eye on:

Then we write it up. One brief. Five minutes. It covers what changed and what to do about it, and it lands in your inbox before you've had your second coffee.

No dashboard to log into. No SQL queries. No "let me build a custom report" project. Just the email you've come to depend on.

Who we serveThree customer types

1

Small-business owners

Restaurant operators, dentists, real estate agents, plumbers, franchise owners, attorneys, med spa managers. One business, one daily brief, one inbox.

2

Independent consultants

Solo strategy and marketing consultants who resell daily briefs to their clients under their own brand. Client businesses are billed separately at wholesale — your plan's own business limit doesn't cap how many clients you serve.

3

Agencies & marketing teams

In-house marketing leads at 10-100 person companies who need a real competitor-intelligence function but can't justify a Crayon contract or a dedicated CI hire.

PillarsWhat we believe

·

Briefs beat dashboards

Nobody logs into a dashboard. Email gets read. We optimize for the email.

·

Price for the underserved

Starter is $79.99/mo because that's what a small-business owner can budget for — not $499 because that's what VC math says they should pay.

·

Own your data

Every brief is also delivered as JSONL so you can pipe it into your own AI agents, BI tools, or Slack workflows. No vendor lock-in.

·

Consultants are partners

Independent consultants resell our briefs under their brand. We give them the white label tooling and stay out of their client relationship.

Our TeamBuilt in Las Vegas and Kansas City

MyIntelBrief was founded by a former defense intelligence professional and is built in Las Vegas and Kansas City. You won't find a name here — people from that world prefer to work in the shadows. The daily brief is not a format we invented — it is the one that discipline runs on: what changed, what it means, what to do about it, delivered on a fixed schedule whether or not the day was eventful.

The method comes from the same place. An imagery analyst photographs the same ground every day and never studies the whole picture — there is too much of it, and almost all of it is identical to yesterday. The new image is compared against the last one and only the pixels that changed are flagged, which narrows an enormous frame down to a few small areas. That is the only place a human looks.

Your competitor's website is the same problem with pages instead of terrain. It is mostly identical today to yesterday, so reading all of it is the mistake — the value is entirely in what moved. We capture the same pages every day, compare each against the previous capture, discard everything unchanged, and write up only the difference. A brief takes five minutes to read not because it is shallow, but because the unchanged world has already been subtracted from it.

We built it after watching small-business owners lose customers to competitors they couldn't see — and after realizing that the existing enterprise tools were priced as if every business had a six-figure marketing budget.
