If the brief isn't useful to you, email us within 7 days and we'll refund the amount you paid. We'll ask what was wrong with it — that helps us fix the product, but the refund doesn't depend on your answer.
Email info@myintelbrief.com from the address the brief was sent to. Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Before you are charged at all, we check whether there is enough public data about your business to build a brief worth paying for. If there isn't, we tell you and take no payment. A one-time brief is a single purchase — it never becomes a subscription and never rebills.
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. We collect a payment method at signup but we do not charge you until day 8.
You can cancel free any time during the trial from your account page in two clicks. If you cancel before day 8, no charge ever happens.
Important: Cancelling during the trial ends service immediately — no further briefings, no further scans. You aren't entitled to the remaining trial days after cancellation. Your data stays on file in read-only form. The 7-day trial is a one-time benefit for first-time customers. See Terms §7 for the full policy.
Once your trial ends and the first monthly charge is processed, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current billing month.
We made this policy choice so we can keep our prices low. You're always in control — cancel your renewal at any time. That stops future billing; it is not a refund. You ride out the month or year you already purchased and keep full access through the end of it.
Annual subscriptions follow the same policy as monthly: once your trial ends and the annual charge is processed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop the subscription from renewing, and your access continues until the end of your paid annual term.
To cancel, use the Cancel button on your Account page (or email info@myintelbrief.com). Your briefs keep running through your end date; no further charge is made after that.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at info@myintelbrief.com. We respond within one business day, and we would much rather sort it out with you directly than have your bank decide for us — it is faster for you and cheaper for us. If you do file a chargeback, we respond to the bank with the signup record and the delivery record, so please give us the chance to fix it first. We want you happy and we will work with you on edge cases.
